Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 business days to process your order for all items in stock. Expect an email with tracking details to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - 12 Tollis Place, Unit 2, Seven Hills NSW 2147
If you have selected store pickup on your order, you will be able to collect your order week days between 10am and 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING - AU
Standard Shipping within Australia is generally delivered within 2-8 business days using Australia Post. A Flat rate shipping fee of AU$5.00 applies to all orders shipping within Australia.
Express Shipping is generally delivered within 1-4 business days using Australia Post. An Express shipping fee of AU$25.00 applies to all Express Post shipping within Australia.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING - NZ
Standard Shipping within New Zealand is generally delivered within 2-8 business days using NZ Post. A Flat rate shipping fee of NZ$25.00 applies to all orders shipping within New Zealand.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - AUSTRALASIA
Please submit a request via our contact form if you are looking for quantity orders to be shipped directly Internationally. We will provide a quotation and confirm shipping to your destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stargear is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@stargear.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
